Retention proposals can be a scary thing.  You need to take a hard look at your team and what you have done for that client. A retention proposal should focus on three things:

1.What changes to the team or service department you will make and why

2.Your company’s credentials that seperate you from the competition.

3.List detailed examples of what actions you’ve taken for the company and the results.
